My name is Mary Beth. I'm thirty-one, and I am a woman who wants to get real about all things related to marriage and motherhood.
I live in Kansas. I am a thoroughly ordinary woman. Like most women, I take too many pictures of my child, my husband, and my food--in that order. I've been pregnant three times, and we have one beautiful little boy earthside with us. I love Jesus and people. I am often quite vain about my hair. I am hyper-organized and meticulous about everything, but I'll still leave my shoes all over the house. Sometimes I wish life was a musical. I'm married to my best friend, Levi.
On a more serious note, I have a huge heart for miscarriage, and I write about it frequently. I also write a lot about pregnancy and motherhood. I tend to sift through a lot of raw emotion on this blog. What will result might be messy, raw, and more full of questions than answers, but it's my hope that this will, in some way, provide some comfort or encouragement for others.-
